Gina is absolutely amazing! My wife and I were moving back to NOLA from Portland, Oregon one week after Hurricane Ida and we honestly don’t know what we would have done without her help and guidance. Gina helped us secure our first rental that we thought was going to be our home but it was unfortunately more damaged by the storm than the landlord initially thought. After 2 1/2 weeks of living at that property we were told we should find other arrangements due to the damage and Gina was right there to help us out again. She worked with us tirelessly until we found another home which is even better than the first! We didn’t have the best experience with that previous landlord and Gina went above and beyond to make sure we were getting treated fairly and to make sure we would be refunded our deposits due to the nature of our departure. Moving twice in a month and dealing with a non-responsive landlord is super stressful but Gina made us feel completely taken care of and we knew we could trust her and her advice throughout the whole ordeal. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, always so positive and friendly, and she’s genuinely a caring person. She has checked up on us several times since our second move to make sure we are comfortable and happy in our new place. There aren’t enough stars to give her really, she’s a gem and I would recommend her to anyone!
